Dress for the large of nork?

Argh I just typed a long post and lost it. 😭

I want to find some dresses that will fit my enormous boobs. They are not small or perky. I keep looking at dresses but notice they have are cut/shaped to fit nice normal shaped and sized boobs in. I can't afford a breast reduction and I can't wear tops or dresses without them hanging off my matronly boob area. 😭

I'm an 18-20. 5ft6. Bra size 34J.

My rig cage is 34. Around the fullest part of my chest while wearing a bra - 44. I'm in a well fitting bra that keeps them as lifted, supported and corralled as much as is going to be possible. I'd just love some clothes that I don't feel totally frumpy in. 😔

I also have a mum tum but it's the boobs that are the logistical / fit nightmare.

I'm living in jeggings and baggy t-shirts. I used to love to wear dresses.

Any advice appreciated.

Wrap dresses I like but they are so hit or miss as they never seem to have enough fabric to give enough coverage around the boob area for day wear. I have one that I have to wear a camisole underneath which ruins the nice pulled in cross shape.

Case in point - I would need to pin this about 3 inches up so as not to be all HELLO BOYS:

Yes true but Sosander is generally quite ‘booby’ I think.
the bombshell HQ confident jersey dresses are great for having a good wrap but the right amount of coverage I find. But they are a bit dressy even the jersey ones. I love my black one though and have a stretch velvet one too which is good for more formal things.

Bloody shame Bravissimo are no longer doing clothes- I've got the same issue and all my best fitting frocks are Bravissimo .

Some nice ones suggested though on here

If I can say though I disagree about wrap dresses- I've got lots that I wear over leggings and with a cardie/shrug and I think they look great. Some I've had from fat face for years

Randomly I have a lot of luck with Dorothy Perkins
Last year I got the most perfect maxi dresses and strappy ones that cover a bra, from the tall range and I'm a 34K

I’ve had a couple of nice dresses for M&S. they button to the waist but then flare out and are flattering ( I have to pin behind the buttons to stop the gape) they do some lovely wrap dresses (per Una) but. I good on me.
I went in this week and got a fab bra. I never ever buy a bra from there. Always bravissimo or my favourite is Fantasy. But it fits a dream! 36H

Alas, Bravissimo no longer do dresses etc.
Why is beyond me as the various fitting options made for shirts that didn’t gape & jackets that skimmed & nipped in all the right places.

Seasalt dresses & tops now go up to size 28 with plenty of V & notched necklines, in nice fabrics.

Some time ago, I completed a Seasalt survey about better fit for bigger boobs & the product design & range seems to have followed through.

I don't want to read the entire thread but there is a thing called clip on cami
£3 on eBay. It hooks to the front of a bra and instantly makes a dress look more modest . I use them and so do my friends
Hides button gaps as well.

Scoop neck or v-neck are best for large boobs.

I think some wrap dresses can be flattering, if they're not a clingy jersey material they can work well.

Agree about v-neck and scoop neck. I have this one, it looks nice with the v-neck and a loose fitting top, but it’s also cinched at the waist so not too baggy.
