yay or nay on these sandals

Can't decide if these are nice or fugly? I like a wedge, but can't wear heels anymore so thought these might be a wearable compromise. FYI I'm 47 and tend to wear dresses, cropped trousers/jeans and sometimes shorts in the summer

I had some of these Timberland sandals a few years ago. They were perfect, so comfy,
I wore them to death. Wish I had bought 3 pairs as they were discontinued.
Sorry, not very helpful but I feel your pain.

I prefer something like this from Moda In Pelle, Dune do a similar version too.

I really like them. I like the leather/canvas combo. It looks like they're Pappilio, so will be comfortable.

Had those Papillo sandals last year in ginger brown leather. Super comfortable for spending all day on your feet. Innocuous looking - neither glorious nor ugly.

Oh good to know. How wide are your feet? Mine are a little wide, and I think these are a little narrower than the standard Birkies?

I got some similar to these about 12 years ago and love them. (I have green ones with flowers on) They still look good and I get complimented often. Very comfortable - can happily do a day sightseeing or in a theme park

@Flockameanie, aren’t they nice?! I don’t know where they’re from. I saw them on a YouTube channel, Marie-Anne Lecoeur. Unfortunately she posted links to similar silver loafers, not her exact ones which I guess were sold out. The similar ones aren’t as nice. I did an online search but in vain. If I do find them, I’ll post here. Here’s the video where she has them on:
