I've lost 7 stone and my breasts

Are awful.

I almost feel worse about them than when I was obese.

I've just looked at myself topless, sat down with the camera on my phone. Something I've never really done before.

I'm shocked.

I've lost enough weight that I can see the plate of my breasts, up high where they should be, like a man's pecs, then my breast are way underneath that. Very deflated, flat, saggy. Nipples facing straight down.

I cannot have surgery. I'm just sad that this is how I look now.

I spent the first half of my life hating my body because I was fat and ill spend the 2nd half hating it because my breasts are like that of a 75 year old.

I keep a vest or bra on when I have sex and now I've actually realised how I look I just feel so insecure :(

I knew they were saggy but I look like a female orangutan when sat down topless 😂😭😭😭

i have other body insecurities and what I really want to do is wear a ? corset type thing for sex. I’m not sure of the exact name - it’s one open at the bottom, that can be “linked” to suspenders and stockings.
they can be awfully pretty (though pricey - I hunt tkmaxx..) and really give you confidence!
(my only problem is that I cannot attach the suspender belt thingy to the stockings..!)

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with your boobs. I've gain and lost weight over the decades and my boobs have grown and emptied as it's happened. I won't say shrunk as the skin doesn't shrink the boobs just got emptier. They have settled into a better shape and sort of filled out again since my 3 stone weight loss has ended. Perhaps yours will change a little bit too?
