Anything good at the Body Shop

My friend is holding a Body Shop Party this weekend which I've said that I'll go to.

I'm pretty much of the mindset that it's MLM tat, but I'll but something to be polite (my friend is just the venue not the seller) is there anything at all that's good?!

Natura owns Avon too. You’ve got to question the ethics of a company that is prepared to adopt a business model like MLM which research shows causes financial loss for 99.6% of all sign ups once the day to day business expenses are included. The fact that Anita R signed up for this and sold to L’Oreal having nicked the original concept from two Californian women just makes me feel it’s a shark like business hiding behind a cutesy “ethical” mask.

When you buy from an MLM rep to be supportive all you’re doing is supporting their eventual downfall. It’s impossible to make money by selling products, she’s got to recruit a large downlines for that. That pressure and the pressure to sell wrecks friendships. I’d be very wary about even buying from her. Just be there for her when it goes tits up for her, and it will. See it all the time ☹️

I've used white musk perfume for about 40 years, smells lovely, I've lost count of the number of people who tell me that.

Sadly they won't be telling you that anymore. It's my favourite ever perfume and it's been re formulated and branded as vegan. The scent is nothing like it was and what scent there is lasts about 10 seconds.
