@toucaninjapan and @Sickoffamilydrama if your wanting to try insanity, do insanity max 30 first as it's a guaranteed 30 mins each day for 5 days a week otherwise if you want to do insanity it's 45 mins a day all done by shaun T who is brilliant, he also did T25 which is brilliant aswell that might be another to look at (I did this also it worked really well for my legs, tummy and arms) all of these programmes are gruelling but fun, you can buy the dvds cheap on ebay usually secondhand, but if you go to beachbody you can sign up for all the programmes and more (lots more) for a monthly fee, I think they usually give a month free at first, then after that you start paying! Go for it, its all fun😁
I'm sooo tired been up since 4.30am sorting stuff that probably could've waited, now I wish I had stayed in bed, but were off out for lunch, then a mooch round town, i might bump into you @Sickoffamilydrama

@Puddinandpie okay I had a look at insanity workouts on YouTube, it really does look insane! Lots of respect for having done all that!
Seems like lots of cardio to me, I guess I'll have to pass this time as cardio makes me miserable. I've figured out that the only way for me to continue with exercising at home is a bit of intense (but very short!) muscle training so that I don't find it too overbearing. 🫣

Morning all, no pic today don't have time. Am off to Paris for 3 nights! DS and his GF are here to look after DD and DH and I are revisiting a very favourite city ( the scene of our first ever weekend away 26 years ago). It also happens to be our 24th wedding anniversary. Will try to take some outfit photos if hotel has a decent mirror ( it bloody should!). My first holiday for 10 years...it's going to be tough on DD but I hope she copes with it
