Just that really.
I saw another thread on here and it got me thinking ..
I love my pjs and warm fluffy socks but only in the evening amd at bedtime everything comes off for actual sleep. I just love the feel of the duvet and snuggling up to dp even when it was -9 last night ! I feel claustrophobic almost if I wear clothes in bed .
I must look flipping dreadful if I'm honest as 52 now but am interested to know what others find comfy in bed .

Always naked. I can't handle wearing pjs or any other type of clothing in bed

Pure linen, like the rest of my bedding. I have a couple of midi length slips and a couple of tshirts which I pair with cotton knickers. A soft bra if my boobs are achy.

A pp mentioned 'day to night' - my linen pieces are my 'night to day' wear! I can roll out of bed, throw a cardi over the nightie or pull some joggers on under the tshirt, and I'm dressed enough to be presentable for WFH, weekend housework etc, until I get around to sorting myself out properly later.

Always slept naked. I have a heated blanket for winter so I'm never cold in bed.
I begrudgingly wear Pj's when I'm backpacking in hostel dorms but find pjs so uncomfortable I sometimes strip in my sleep and throw my clothes away so I have to keep another set underneath my pillow just in case.

Bet the people in these hostels love that! 😂

Husband runs hot and sleeps naked under a much heavier duvet than he would ideally like. I run freezing cold and sleep in fleece pyjamas, fluffy socks, 13.5 tog duvet and electric blanket on my side only. When I was younger and lived in a house that tended to get chilly at night I used to wear tracksuit bottoms and a sweatshirt.

the 13.5 tog duvet stays on the bed for most of the year although I did swap it to a lighter one when the temperature went over 30 deg in the summer. And I've got lighter PJs for summer (although still with full length bottoms). We've moved to Ireland now so I expect the heavier duvet to stay on the bed permanently.

I sleep alone and wear a T-shirt and old pj bottoms, with a hot water bottle in winter. In summer I wear nothing

Silk. I don’t like little strappy nightdresses, because my shoulders get cold. So long sleeves in winter. Sleeveless vest if very hot.

I always used to sleep naked. Now only if it's hot.

I'm happy in PJ bottoms and loose t-shirt or vest, got a few nighties.

In the cold snap I've been wearing Free People thermal onesies (they're thin fabric, not fleece) from last year and oh, man, BLISS. They feel amazing.

Cashmere, wool or alpaca bedsocks, I have one pair of each, all brilliant.

Full pjs. Usually legging type bottom and looser top. If it's warmer then same loose top and shorts
It has to be melting before I sleep naked Grin

Moonchild18 · 20/12/2022 00:09

Oversized t-shirts or nighties, I can not stand wearing shorts or pj trousers when I'm trying to sleep 🙈
