I am (relatively) glam for me today and it's amusing how differently people react. I'm usually happily invisible in my normal mud splattered get up 

@Cardigansalltheway I love your garden centre jumper - I bet it's impossible to be anything but cheerful wearing it. Even with rubbish weather.

@OublietteBravo fab cos trousers. I've ordered a few jumpsuits from them which should arrive tomorrow - I have high hopes of one in particular which means it will probably look like a sack on me!

I was in a me+em mood but their current offering is not making me want to fling the credit card at them - which is odd because I normally want all of it.

I'm also spoiled by the wonderful person or persons in a local town who seem to donate their previous seasons to the charity shops.

@Shannith I've said this before but I am SO jealous of the quality of your local charity shop offerings, my local ones are truly rubbish!

Fell off the thread as had an awful chest infection had to have antibiotics luckily recovered enough I only missed one work event...have a bit of a busy diary in a good way but also a tiring and lots of guilt leaving the kids and DH all the time.

Very busy day yesterday, I forgot to take a photo of my outfit in the mirror, but it was a typical mum uniform consisting of a sweatshirt and jeans.

Saw a promotion email about new Christmas jumpers by one of the brands I particularly like and fell in love with this sweater. What can be more Christmassy?
It also has a better composition than their other jumpers (80% wool), but at $148 price point I sadly have to skip buying this one. I think the brand was also charging $60 for shipping to Japan and you had to pay taxes on top of that, so it comes up very pricey. But isn't it beautiful?! 😍
I don't mind paying a bigger price if the quality/ design is there, and especially if the brand is one of the smaller local ones that need support, but alas, not this time. 😩

Right well I can now get to the mirror, but bedroom is still in disarray, dh is drilling walls to put pics and guitars up today (I hate having guitars in the bedroom, but it's his bedroom too so not much I can do🤷‍♀️)
Anyway, it feels a tad warmer today but I still have sneaky leggings on under dress, and slip aswell, so maybe not too much warmer
