If you are 5 foot 7 and considered slim….

What are your measurements?

I’m 37-29-39

I always used to be very skinny and post-baby have no idea whether I’m slim or not now.

Clothes sizes don’t help - I’m an 8 in some shops and a 14 in others!

5ft 7, 34 (30EE)-25-38. Bloody difficult getting clothes that fit, most things have to be taken in at the waist.

I feel slim but curvy.

I'm not sure about my measurements but I'm just under 11st, 5ft7 and not very curvy. I think I'm quite muscular and have broadish shoulders which has always made me quite "heavy" for my size.

Yep there it is.. the comments from people who don't understand different body shapes and skeleton widths.
This is me at 5ft 7 11 stone.. if this isn't slim I'm giving up 😂😂

If that's really you, then you are extremely beautiful!

Thankyou to who have commented 😊, I just wanted to show some posters that they can't just blindly say everyone at this height and weight is not slim. We are all built differently, I have wide shoulders and wide hips so weight hangs from me differently to someone with a narrow skeleton. All my extremities are bony. The BMI calculator says I could be between 8.5 and 11.5 but I've been 9.5 before and looked like a skeleton, I couldn't sit down for long as I could feel my pelvis sticking into chairs, hip bones into the mattress.
Some posters just need to think before they post.

Just to clarify, by slim I mean someone you would look at and think they look good, healthy, fit, in good shape. That kind of thing.

I’ve been very skinny in the past, to the point where people occasionally questioned if I had an eating disorder (I didn’t) and have no desire to be that skinny again

I only answered thread because I know other people would say I was slim. At least I think it's equivalent that I've literally had strangers say to my face that I have "a terrific figure"

someone you would look at and think they look good, healthy, fit, in good shape.

That I don't know if I qualify for.

I am slim looking when clothed, a few wobbly bits when naked 😳

I agree. I am a similar build to you. I have no idea how much I weigh now but it could be 10.5 st at 9st I looked skinny rather than slim.

5.6

34-36 (not measured in a while, 29, 37. I actually now wear a 30DD or 30E bra....it is so worth going down a few sizes as it gives cleavage. I was wearing 34C.

It depends on the shop, but I'd try a 10 on top first. IF it is the kind of item that shrinks over time I would get a 12 looser fit.

For bottoms I'd try a 12 first, then depending on what it is might get a 10.

Basically order everything in 10 and 12!
