Are there any good dupes for Oodies?

Can someone explain Oodies to me? Is it any better/warmer than a dressing gown?

They are a massive, fluffy hoody and are right around the cuffs and no gap around the neck. Less cold air gets in than a dressing gown and they are much thicker. They don't shift about like dressing gowns do.

I've just ordered a sherpa lined one from Debenhams - the brand name is Sienna and they come in plain colours (no smiley avocados if that's your cup of tea!) The reviews are basically fine with the odd person complaining about poor quality so we'll see.

I've got one from sienna store on amazon cost £17 and is really warm, doesn't take ages to dry either. It is massive but I'm only 5ft1 and not planning on wearing it out of the house so that's fine for me.

I bought these for my sons, they love them and are on the third year now (only £42)

I got mine from amazon. I've compared it to my neighbour's Primark and its loads better.

Primark. I've got one with a fluffy layer inside which is lovely, but I got single layer ones for DC and they are a bit flimsy.

I've got one from dunelm - it's bloody lovely!

My oodie is plain navy, DDs have plain pink ones - DS has a hideous one covered in a pizza print sometimes also covered in actual pizza

DC love them but I'm not a fan as I find it too bulky & restrictive so only good if I'm sitting on sofa doing nothing!

M&S do one for £25, don't know how it compares though.
