Right, I'm getting a onesie

Always thought adults wearing onesies was a bit infantile and embarrassing, but this winter it's going to be cold and I've stopped giving fucks.

Who knows of a good one, with a hood, warm winter-weight but ideally NOT sweaty polyester? I'm open to either plain or novelty colours and styles (I don't even mind ears/a tail if it's the right onesie).
Budget is up to about £50.
TIA.

Thank you @VladsPants I'm 5'11 and hate that most of my pyjamas flap around my ankles, so long and snuggly is very appealing. I hope that the chemical smell comes out of yours and that you enjoy wearing it :)

I ordered a Onepiece Lusekofte one, in medium as there wasn't a small. It was HUGE! It's going back. I'm going for one of the eBay ones instead (thank you, @grownup2).
Also bought an Oodie; haven't worn it properly yet as the weather has turned milder again, but I've tried it and, while it's like wearing a yurt, it's quite a nice yurt, so I think I'll keep it.

UPDATE
My eBay onesie arrived! It's a small but it's rather large, nearly as big as the medium I'm sure, at least in the crotch. I like it though, and for £15 it's fine. It just smells a bit of Febreze or dryer sheets or something. Thank you again, @grownup2!

I’m an open water swimmer and I wear a swimzi onesie for that but I wouldn’t recommend it at home. It’s nothing to do with fashion or style etc but if you’re getting one to avoid the cold then you’ve not thought about it. You have to almost fully undress every time you need to Pee. And if your toilets like mine then it’s the coldest room in the house.

I ordered one as well, in Large and it’s absolutely huge. It has a 36 inch inside leg, which is pretty long, but the body is also long so the crotch sits at my knees and then I have 36 more inches of leg! I want to keep it so I’m going to do some home alterations and remove about 14 inches of leg!

My issue with mine is the crotch too; I feel like a baby in it, except a baby would have a nappy so it wouldn't be so loose Grin but I know it's going to be cosy when the weather gets cold. I'll have to save it for days when no one else is home. And hope I don't get too many delivery people at the door.

Ah yes,the baby-with-a-full-nappy is the feeling of a Onepiece at first (adults don’t usually wear clothes like that, except MCHammer,so it’s gonna feel strange!) but you’ll soon not notice it. They are big but that’s so they’re comfy to lounge in and you can fit clothes underneath if you like (though that makes them v hot).I’m 5’9” and a 10/12 and a small is fine. My sis is 5’7”, a 14/16 (and much bigger of boob!) and a medium fits her. Enjoy, ladies!

I’m 5’10” and a size 8, and (I've always known this but the onesie really magnifies it) have long legs and waist and a short torso. Even with the small size, the body of it is way long on me. It is a bit MC Hammer, yes Grin
Not cold enough yet for me to give it a whirl – and I need to wash the smell of dryer sheets off; they're cloying – but I am looking forward to it.

Instead of a full onesie I’ve gone with a fun blanket hoodie style thing as I don’t like the idea of dropping everything if I need the loo. Also I can match with my children just to embarrass them 🤣

But don't you get cold having to half strip when going to the toilet?

I'm intending to wear clothes under it, so hopefully not... And it might be a small price to pay for general cosiness.
