Nothing to show here today but I just wanted to point @Thomasina79 in the direct of Snag who also do footless tights - I have some in navy and deep red. I don't like their marketing (at all) but their tights are good.

I want a long cable knit cardigan, ostensibly to wear with this dress, but can't decide in colour. Suggestion anyone?

it’s a Threadbare cable long knit cardigan on Next app if the link won’t work. Comes in many colours so the pale pink would work too. But I think a mustard or bronze would look nice if that would go with one of the flowers in the print (it’s hard to tell - in the photo it looks like there’s a yellowish bud. If not go pink or red)

A deep red would be good for Xmas seasonal vibes

Having loads of problems with mumsnet since getting a new iphone 14. Anyway, very far behind on the thread. Lots of lovely outfits. I’ve resurrected my skinny jeans as they are perfect in winter with chunky knit and boots.
Jumper Mint Velvet, Boots are DM’s, Jeans Boden and the cosiest faux fur coat ever.

The hedgehog looks adorable and I have to share this photo of one having an X-ray as it makes me chuckle every time I see it!

Had to buy some new winter suits as my Zara ones aren't really that good for winter and I need a few as have loads of events going on multiple times a week.

It's a very warm jumper @QuietNeighbour - I haven't been able to wear it until today as the weather's been too mild.

@EllaPaella i love those skinny jeans, as you say they are so easy to wear in A/W with boots. Can I ask do they keep their shape? Which ones are they?
I can’t bear it when skinny jeans go baggy during the day & recently the pairs I’ve bought have all done this! I had a MV pair a few years ago that kept their shape but they’ve stopped that design.
Can you recommend any others that stay ‘skinny’ all day please? I’m spending far too much time hunting for the perfect pair😩

@Littlemiss74 they are my only remaining pair of skinny jeans but imo you can’t beat skinny’s for wearing in winter with a chunky knit. These are actually on sale at the moment and I’ll try and find a link once I get back from walking the dog. They do hold shape very well in my experience and I go for a long leg in skinny jeans as I like a bit of ruching on the leg.
Today, dressed for a wet dog walk. Jumper is Eribe (The Westray) Boden jeans, ancient seasalt coat. Not very glamorous!

I didn't think I'll love this mariniere with neon pink stripes this much, but lately I've been wearing it every week and I constantly find myself wanting to put it on even though I wore it just the other day. The color of the stripes looks fresh and unusual, and I just love the embroidery and the buttons on the shoulder too.

@EnoBaby I love that outfit, I have just ordered 2 very long chunky cardi's (im sending one back, i promise😇) to go over my dresses so I'm not cold, they have loads of nice ones on boohoo at the minute just type in maxi cardigan and they will all show up!
I bought these 2, but theyhave other colours also and loads of slightly different lengths of cardi's too lots of cable knit aswell! Just a thought it might be helpful!!😁

Aww @toucaninjapan, how cute is your LO! Sooo stylish. I am having a clear out. New job starts in a couple of weeks and I think it’s getting my mind in a ‘new chapter’, and that includes in the house. Piles of boxes in my bedroom as I sort out what’s going on eBay/vinted, etc. Slip dress - I have quite a few, total fave pieces - from All Saints. Jumper from Forbidden Tribes. Pirate boots for Vivienne Westwood. Bought them years ago as a treat when I got a promotion, and for some reason was a bit underwhelmed and rarely wear them. Gonna make more effort to get stuff out of the back of the wardrobe!
