I'm seeing it with a bag and shoes in one of the detail colours (probably not the same one) and some sort of ornament in my hair, rather than a hat or fascinator.

It's a fairly big but working class do, if that's a reasonable way to describe it.

I'd go with green shoes and bag.

I'd also go for a pashmina as putting any sort of jacket on the dress detracts from the dress. OP only needs something over her shoulders if it's cold outside for photos. A pashmina will fill that role without hiding the dress. Pashmina would be as near as possible to the main colour of the dress .

Gorgeous dress. I love the idea of shoes and bag not matching. Its such a delicate, pretty dress that I think it could look a bit old fashioned if you go too conventional. Definitely no pink pashmina either.
