Budget friendly moisturiser for dry skin

Please give me your recommendations. I've tried the Nivea blue pot, not a fan of the texture of scent. Something with a creamy smooth texture ideally and minimal (if any) scent.

My skin looks nice straight after I moisturise but it soon soaks it up and I have dryness which is making my pores and fine lines look so much worse!

Thanks!

Astral from Superdrug

I like Simple moisturisers. No smell to them and very effective.

A big pot of Astral.

The Aldi one in the red pot. SPF 30. Non-shiny. Skin "feels" moisturised after application.

Also recommend Cetaphil- I use the 50spf day cream and it’s great. Absolute bargain 3 for 2 at Boots so also got a foaming cleanser and and an exfoliating face wash and even though I usually use more expensive products, my skin is looking amazing… I bought them to use as a backup product but now I’ve started using them I’m really impressed and reach for them over my “normal” products.

I actually meant to buy CeRave to try but got mixed up 😂 (will try that next time!)

I don’t wash my face as any cleansers just dry it out, even the gentle ones.
I use coconut oil and a warm facecloth to remove makeup.
Then Nivea Soft to moisturise and sometimes Superdrug Vitamin E oil.

Have you tried Aveeno?
I used it until I discovered CeraVe, which is perfect for me
I've wasted so much money trying to find "the one" over the years

I agree with Cetaphil - it's fantastic and reminds me of Kiehls but 10% of the price.

Also there is a cheap Garnier rich moisturiser in a pink tub which I've only ever seen in my local independent chemist but it is amazing. I use it all through winter when my skin is really dry and sensitive. Sadly it doesn't have an SPF version but it is about £3 and great for evening and winter.

Not the question but addressing the earlier point about cleanser - I now use Tesco Kind & Pure facial wash which is about £1-2 and the best facial wash I've ever used. It is the only one DH can use. I use an oil cleanser (currently a Primark one which is a dupe of Body shop chamomile balm) and then a facial wash.

I love all o keefe's products. They are a game changer for us. They don't have a dedicated face cream but they say on their website you can use their body cream on your face, but recommend a patch test first.
