Best tubing mascara?

I really rated the No7 Stay Perfect tubing mascara in the gold tube- it was subtle but it absolutely did not budge or smudge in any way at all and was a proper tubing mascara- I could see the little tubes on cotton pads when I'd removed with warm water.

Not only have they changed the packaging but they have changed the formula and it is now absolutely awful. Not like a tubing mascara any more, it smudges and flakes, it's a horrible consistency, the brush is terrible. Just awful.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a really good tubing mascara?

What's the difference between tubing and standard?

I must be the only person in history never to have heard of tubing mascara 😳

I'm glad you said this. I've bought no 7 mascara in a gold tube and it smudges and shifts and is awful. Glad it's not just me. Max factor much better.

Oh I bought the new No7 one and wore it for the first time yesterday. I never noticed any difference from before. Bought the brown/black one though. It had money off so now I know why!!

Used to use Blink but swapped to Boots because it was cheaper

I swear by Kevyn Aucoin - it does dry out though

Silly George Heart Eyes mascara is good.

Tubing puts a tube around the lashes. Lashes look longer and it doesn’t flake. When you wash off, the tube almost comes off in one piece - can be a bit freaky the first time as you think it’s your eyelash!

L’Oréal beauty tubes - weird name but works a treat!

Agree! Recently stopped using the white base though as I realised it added nothing to the mix.

I discovered tubing mascara via my Birchbox and love the Beauty Crop one as it’s waterproof and doesn’t smudge or irritate my eyes. Also good value at £9. This is tragic- I love the stay perfect. I have been using Maybeline falsies and although not tubing it is amazing and does not smudge or flake.

I love(d) Clinique lash power too. But my last lot has started to smudge! I've never had smudging off it before but now Im having to go and rub an under eye shadow off my face every hour. So disappointing! I'll try some of the others mentioned here.
