SOTD Shalimar.

The new TV is rubbish. The picture is awful - so grainy and like something out of the 80s - much much worse than the old fairly inexpensive one. Sound quality is amazing, though, but that's useless if I have to keep peering at it to make out the details. Think this might be going back to the shop.

I'm off to London on tomorrow because my mum has a hospital appointment. Not normally a cause for excitement, but it promises to be swift and I'm hoping we can see the Christmas lights on Oxford Street, pop into a few dept stores and do some Christmas shopping. 🎄 Strangely, this is quite a treat, as, despite living in the suburbs, I don't often go into town, especially at Christmas. London is great, but not always the most friendly place when you have mobility issues. So, seeing the lights and store displays - one of my favourite festive things to do - is rare and I'm rather looking forward to it. 🎄🎁☃️

Now, off to choose a Christmassy smell to wear tomorrow.

Will definitely try and visit Fortnum's @Lalalablahblahblah, I love their window displays - so quirky. 🎄 Thank you @Fferny1, Christmas lights and decs are among my favourite things, I say every year I will go and look early in the season (to avoid crowds) but almost never manage to for various reasons.

Perfume wise, it seems to be a toss between Obsession and Opium for Christmassy-ness. Or maybe Arabie. Or Cinnabar. Hmmm... 🎄

Sotd is Georgio Armani Pivoine Suzhou. Its not really autumnal but I just bought a bottle from ebay and really love it.

SOTE Hermes Ambre Narguile - to continue my festive mood. Smells like cinnamon, cloves, apples and plums. 🎄
