Yoga leggings, crop tops etc - Nike, Sweaty Betty ?

I’ve been doing a Pilates challenge and am planning to treat myself when I finish. I’m a newbie to gym wear as I’ve always worn cotton leggings so all the compression, dri-fit etc talk confuses me.

I’m looking at the Sweaty Betty super sculpt leggings and the Nike yoga luxe ones - does anyone have these? How is the sizing? How are they in terms of transparency, comfiness, are they flattering enough to wear out and about too or are they unforgiving like tights? Do you get visible sweat patches in lighter shades? I’m Size 6-8 so I’m thinking XS in SB and probably XS in Nike too, 7/8 length, does that sound right?

I also need a couple of tops, probably cropped as I’m 5ft2 and very short waisted- maybe the Nike luxe cropped top, if anyone has tried it? I’m 30DD and wondering if I’ll feel crushed in an XS top, I would also probably wear a sports bra unless the top is really supportive.

Any recommendations appreciated! I also like the aesthetic of Alo yoga, Free People and Girlfriend Collective but SB and Nike have the big advantage of being in the sale!

They're super comfortable. I have them in black and navy in the high rise fit and find them squat proof.

SB leggings all the way. I have power, super sculpt and high shine. The latter are super comfy for around the house as not as tight but still compression. I recommend their sports bra albeit very tight but hold you in well and the sports T-shirt's are lovely thin breathable material
