Hello, I'm hoping to join you all if that's ok? I've been snooping for a while
I've lost my mojo a bit since Covid .... and gained (at least) a stone - stressed spelt backwards is desserts after all.... Trying to be kinder to myself and accept I'm still healthy (and alive during a freaking global pandemic!) even if I'm no longer "slim". Working / schooling from home has been a nightmare and I have to make a real conscious effort to move otherwise I only do about 4-5k steps a day....which isn't great when still eating all the biscuits and trying to manage a really, really stressful job!! Hoping that posting here will give me a kick up the bum to try and make more of an effort again. I really used to enjoy getting dressed up to go to work. Today it's a slow start, but based on recent chat here I have done a mass ironing exercise this weekend and feel a lot calmer knowing I can just literally open the drawer and pull out whatever I want to wear:

Nails....multi coloured and the result of a "fuck it" moment in the nail shop on Friday
