Variations on a theme! But I’ve been up since 2.50 am so very little brain today
Jumper: Sézane
Tee under: hush ( found during clear out very happy)
Jeans: boyish
Trainers: veja

I’m trying not to revert to my jeans and a jumper default. So today I’m trying out one of my smart jackets with my jeans. I’m not convinced - although I suspect it’s just because it’s a look I’m not used to. Perhaps a lighter coloured T-shirt would’ve been better.

Jacket: Hobbs
T-shirt: Primark
Jeans: Boden
Shoes: Clark’s

So ASOS had 20% off last night and I ordered another pack of the A&F t shirts in the other colour way. Will bin the tshirts I am replacing.

@Softpebbles yes she's really unwell at the moment I've not had a full nights sleep now for at least a month. And she's barely slept at all

Gone with a wee tea dress today - ASOS sale a few years ago, love it to pieces. Shoes from Casadei. I also went a bit mad in the recent ASOS sale - awaiting a heap of stuff! I really like that top @Sickoffamilydrama - the benefits of WFH are defo that you can wear a fibre like that all day and no one can smell you, lol!

@Softpebbles - I changed my footwear based on your suggestion.

@Sooverthemill - I’m sorry to hear everything is so difficult for you and your DD. I really wish there was something I could do to help.

@OublietteBravo there's just something slightly out with the proportions of the outfit I think...but I can't tell you what! This happens to me at times and I'd love to be able to go yes it is because of X/Y, you've got a great figure so it will be just about fiddling to find the right combinations. Funnily I've been thinking of blazers with dresses/ trousers lately!

@Sooverthemill whichever helps you in this horrible time.

@obliettebravo I like the look. It makes you look funky and grown up. I'm not sure grown up is the right phase but you know what I mean (I hope). @Sickoffamilydrama says, play around with it. Maybe a lighter t-shirt with the trainers? Jacket sleeves rolled up a bit to change the proportions?

Not a Reiss fan - a bit bland generally. However, this popped up on the John Lewis sale and I take it back, I love this dress. It’s got a zipped boat neck which I have spectacularly failed to show properly but it’s lovely. Shoes are vintage (ok, old) Moschino. You need cheeky shoes with a cream dress in my world! Happy Friday everyone.

@Purplecatshopaholic you are the worst bad influence... when I couldn't sleep last night I fell down a rabbit hole of red sole shoes! 1 very impractical pair winging their way to me!

Wearing the same culottes again today as it's very warm and sunny here so making the most of wearing lovely summer clothes while I can.

I am once again in riding gear (sorry @Sickoffamilydrama). Last blast on my mare before my riding holiday with DD next week. Where we are going to go fast all the time apparently.

OublietteBravo I think your jacket and jeans combo would look nice with either a v neck top or a vest top.

@Purplecatshopaholic - I love that dress on you! I haven’t looked at Reiss for ages. I must resist - I’m currently at parcel neutral and planning on staying that way!

It was supposed to rain today, but has been sunny and warm. So the jumper was only a temporary thing.

Thanks to @EllaPaella bad influence my DSis now has an early BDay present of a Libby loves dress which she looks lovely in especially with her golden colouring and I got this pink one I like it but not sure if it's too boring/old fashioned although it's a beautiful colour I'll iron it and re try it on.

Today I wore this blue dress which was an eBay bargain from 7/8.years ago
