Really: the very best lip balm for older lips

I have always been a bargain hunter, which has quite naturally, led me to buying cheap and buying twice on more than one occasion.

My lips are prone to drying out and at nearly 48, are starting to show their age.

I have started, in all areas of my life, to spend less often but to spend well - and so, with that in mind, can you recommend a really good lip balm for lips which need soothing and a little plumping?

Gosh I've tried loads!

Decent ones for me are Lanolips and Nuxe for daytime.

Best one though is EA 8 hour intensive lip repair balm. I only wear it at night. It's pricey but lasted about a year!
