I have the ice fear again - please help me find trainers/boots

My beloved Dr Martens have finally given up and I can't find another pair I like this year (I like their pull on biker style like Kristy, Tana or Elate). I loved the Dr Marten's sole as I didn't find myself slipping on ice as much.

I need to get my fitness in check so I'm trying to get out for a walk every day after gaining 3 stone during lockdown but it's been very icy and snowy the last week so I've been stuck indoors. I hate walking on ice.

Can anyone recommend either stylish winter boots or trainers/walking shoes with good traction on ice?

If it's winter boots I'd prefer plain black leather.

For trainers/walking shoes they can be black/dark grey with a coloured accent.

Nothing too over the top like snow boots, something I can wear whether it's icy or not but will help me stop sliding about like Bambi.

Thanks!

@SoapAndFury

I'm finding these really comfy and non slip!
Yes I've been pleased with my Timberland boots. Definitely non slip.

I think Blundstones are absolutely worth the money (try eBay for deals). I’ve sloshed through streams and puddles in mine and it’s like wearing wellies. They’re very comfortable and the soles are flexible and grip better than most things in the ice. When they get muddy, just wipe clean. The leather is treated to stay supple and waterproof. I’m outdoors quite a lot so mine get teated.

UGG walking boots are very sturdy with good grip soles

Haha just laughing at the boot advert cropping up on the screen. Damn.

Best winter boots I ever had was a pair of Ecco's. Also they left mini penguin prints in the snow!!!
