Have boilersuits had their day?

Hallo,

I bought the most beautiful boilersuit from Finisterre, it's really well made and very flattering.

But - I'm wondering if they have had their day really. I'm not particularly trend driven, but it's not cheap. What do you think?

Nope , they will be around again this summer !

The one the op posted isn’t very flattering. Just looks like a shirt and jeans. I’ve seen much nicer ones which are flowing and well cut. They don’t suit everyone due to differing length of torso. If you get one that’s spot on for evening wear, they look great. Utility ones seem a bit pointless to me.

I'm not sure they had a day to be honest- l'm not trying to be rude. I've never seen anyone outside wearing one, but l live in a place where leggings are the clothing of choice. If it suits you and your lifestyle, go for it. No one else's opinion matters.

Should never have had their day in the first place. Universally unflattering.

These are so flattering for any shorties who fancy giving a boilersuit a go. I'm 5'0 , size 12 and hourglass shape. I got the medium and although they're snug around my big boobs they are comfy and look good.
