What the hell is saint and Sofia playing at

First off. Their stuff is appalling. Really bad quality material and not at all as the pictures look. Trousers were ok but not worth the money. Jumper fits oddly at the shoulders. They pinch up. Very strange. And god really scratchy material.

The delivery was massively late. Which I wouldn't mind except they sent me an email saying it was coming. It wasn't! It hasn't even been picked up by the courier.

Anyway. I unsubscribed from their emails. They kept coming. I emailed them. Twice. They have reassured me twice it will stop. Yet today after twice being told they've removed my details I get another fricking email.

And now their customer service - They've blocked me on Twitter!!

Just putting it out there as a warning. I read on here about it when it was zaggora. Just saying even after their rebrand their attitude stinks.

Ordered two pairs of trousers from Saint+Sofia in different colours. Got two pairs in black. Have tried contacting Customer Services, no response. Tried email and phone call.
Only just read the comments from previous contributors about the trap of going for a Credit Voucher in exchange for a free return on a previous order. Voucher had such a short use by date, it was pretty worthless. They don’t tell you that do they! Now stuck with two black trousers, as don’t want to pay for a Return as not confident I will get my money back. This is a company to avoid.

Thanks for the warnings! Will be giving them a massive swerve next time I'm shopping

MilduraS · 29/09/2021 19:26

I have the runway trousers and love them 🤷🏻‍♀️ Super comfy, super flattering and no need to iron.

onlyconnect · 29/09/2021 21:03

Beware too that they don't refund sale items. I didn't realise this and ended up with a credit note. I bought a dress with it that I do really like but the no refund on sale items business really puts me off them.

Anybody out there bought clothes from Glassworks? Just received a pair of their cropped cords. I ordered large as I didn’t want them to be too tight but as soon as I took them out of the packet I thought ‘uh oh’ - the waist was tiny! Not a pretty sight once I got them (just about) done up. Am I, in fact, XXL and just kidding myself?!

If we're naming disappointing brands:

Never Fully Dressed.

Their website always intrigues me. If i looked at it now i'd see something i'd want.

But TWICE i've bought from them and both times the quality was utterly utterly shite! I mean i know they're no more expensive than Next ect. but seriously, the quality was that of the cheapest rubbish from China on ebay/amazon.

Sasperilla25 · 16/01/2022 13:31

Same issues. I ordered trousers which to be fair were really nice but a bit big on the hips. When I realised it was over £7 to send the stuff back and not easy, I wasn’t tempted to try the smaller size. Now I’m getting emails to say the trousers I bought full price at £79 have gone into the ‘sale’ and are £79! Apparently they were £149 (at some point, unknown to anyone). Total scam company!

KimikosNightmare · 16/01/2022 15:54

@fridgepants

Is that legal for items sold over the internet?
No. It isn't. The same rules apply to sale and full price items if bought on- line.

Nooo! I've just bought a dress from them!
DirtyDancing · 16/01/2022 18:56

I have a skirt of theirs, which absolutely was over priced for the material and quality. I kept it out of desperation for needing something for an event. However I have got lots of wear out of it & don't regret the purchase.

I had some apartment pants and the elastic waist band twisted after one wear. To be fair the refunded me without any quibbles.

Overall, won't be from them again. But customer service has been good for me

I just bought a pair of Chelsea wide leg trousers and I’m really pleased with them- sounds like I was lucky.
