First off. Their stuff is appalling. Really bad quality material and not at all as the pictures look. Trousers were ok but not worth the money. Jumper fits oddly at the shoulders. They pinch up. Very strange. And god really scratchy material.

The delivery was massively late. Which I wouldn't mind except they sent me an email saying it was coming. It wasn't! It hasn't even been picked up by the courier.

Anyway. I unsubscribed from their emails. They kept coming. I emailed them. Twice. They have reassured me twice it will stop. Yet today after twice being told they've removed my details I get another fricking email.

And now their customer service - They've blocked me on Twitter!!

Just putting it out there as a warning. I read on here about it when it was zaggora. Just saying even after their rebrand their attitude stinks.

OP posts:
Buggedandconfused · 10/05/2020 14:39

If you read the Trust pilot reviews on them and Zaggora (they rebranded not surprisingly) a lot of the reviews are shocking. I was tempted but too many people have said their stuff is dire.

SallyOMalley · 16/05/2020 17:44

Well, the Camden pants arrived. Oh dear. Too short, an odd fit and weirdly bulky across the front where the pleats stick out. Not flattering at all.

I so wish I'd come here first. £7.50 to return?? And a very difficult site to navigate - all roads seem to lead you to accepting free returns in exchange for another item or a credit note. Not what I wanted.

Well, you live and learn. Buyer beware and all that! Now just got to get my money back ...

Katiepoes · 16/05/2020 23:00

I'm happy with my Camden trousers. They're a little lighter than expected but I like them. Re free returns - I use that Paypal thing where they refund the return charge if there is one, up to twelve a year.

goose1964 · 17/05/2020 01:09

Hetty, try new look

lokoho · 17/05/2020 07:38

Oh thanks for warning me! I am right in the demographic they are aiming for and I was sooo tempted. (Like I need more biker jackets and athleisure bullshit... Grin)

spreadtheword3 · 18/05/2020 18:16

Well they screwed me too. Ordered pants and they came a month later. Terrible quality and so oversized they would fall off me when I walked. Tried to initiate a return or exchange and the return option didn't work. Emailed them and they automatic responsed me to use the return option on their site. Finally I review them on some site and Sam sends me an email. They are trash. Customer service is burning trash and I can only hope that more people check google before dealing with these people. The clothing wasn't nice the shipping was a month and customer service was just the icing on this heaping pile of trash cake. Save your money shop elsewhere.

Gillybobs · 18/05/2020 19:48

Interesting. I've bought two jersey biker jackets and they are fab, gorgeous thick fleece backed jersey. No delivery issues either.
For amazing quality jersey trousers I'd try Baukjen, there's a 25% off code just now, style502

rosiepony · 18/05/2020 20:09

I bought the jersey biker jacke and I love it. Have had loads of complements. I also bought Dd (23) a cream polo neck. Expensive at £40 bought much, much better quality than M&S and has a lovely, slightly longer length.

Brandnewbrighttomorrow · 26/05/2020 23:11

I bought my daughter some leggings from them when they were Zaggora which were ridiculously tiny when they finally turned up - they claimed to have never received the return and didn’t refund me. Appalling service.

SallyOMalley · 27/05/2020 08:33

Well, the trousers went back and they've acknowledged receipt. Let's see how long it takes to get a refund ...

CoolCarrie · 27/05/2020 08:40

Buyer beware, i check trustpilot reviews now as made the same mistake with a embroidered dress which looked amazing in the ads, and to be fair it was lovely, but the size was more for a 12 year old and that was the xxxl one. I give it away to a friend’s daughter and she loves it.

GoldenZigZag · 23/10/2020 17:05

I made the mistake of buying a £300 coat from them, the design was lovely but the quality and finish were H&M standard (plus they sent the wrong colour). Packaging was like I'd bought something of Etsy, not the standard you'd expect for a £300 coat.

And to top it all off, they're now fucking about with my refund.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Cate80s · 11/12/2020 15:48

Iv just ordered the Camden pants have wanted them for so long but my leg length was sold out.. was really all excited to get them then I came across these reviews 😫.. what have I done comes to mind... I hope I’m one of the lucky few who love their items.. 🤞

Dugee · 10/01/2021 14:15

Just found this thread when googling. I like their Balham boots but quite expensive. Are their shoes as bad as their clothes?

Dropdeadfred2 · 10/01/2021 14:18

I ordered the apartment pants..i really like them

Cluckycluck · 11/01/2021 08:33

So glad I've read this, I've been eyeing their stuff up for a while now.

lazylinguist · 11/01/2021 08:58

So glad I've read this, I've been eyeing their stuff up for a while now.

Same here!

HouseofBrieandBanter · 11/01/2021 12:05

Almost bought them as they are nicely styled on their FB ads (looks like quality thick jersey)

But was put off by their fake pricing (ie “normally £150 but now £59” kind of BS )

nando7777 · 11/01/2021 12:55

I was tempted and have bought trousers in the sale - not great and very short. Will not be buying again.

BangingOn · 11/01/2021 16:06

I love my Runway trousers, I have two pairs and worn them on loop since March. Perfect for lockdown home working.

Onekidnoclue · 11/01/2021 16:11

Oh thank you for this thread OP! They were on my “new wardrobe when this baby appears” shopping list but no more! Grin

Firenight · 08/03/2021 22:01

Glad to find this thread too. Was looking for reviews!

Espirito · 15/04/2021 19:39

Wish I had seen this before spunking £130 on two pairs of what turned out to be horrible weird yoga pants (Putney and Finsbury). You'd avoid them at 2 for £15 in the supermarket and now I've got to pay to return the tat. Angry

Even just trying on the trousers seems to have magically sucked every bit of fluff and dust out of the air and made them look like a dog blanket. Never again.

Sorry for resurrecting a zombie thread but we need to stay vigilant against these chancers!

80sEyeShadow · 17/04/2021 10:32

I bought a pair of their trousers last year, at the start of the first lockdown because it's so difficult to get good quality, short legged trousers anywhere.

When they arrived the material was good and thick and a year on they have washed well, but the elasticated waist is the basic quality you would learn in your first home economics class.

The trousers have lasted but I wouldn't buy from them again.

Snazzybaz · 05/05/2021 13:51

I ordered some expensive leggings but sent them back and despite an email from them saying they'd received the parcel, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering...
