Well, as a super-fatty, I'm...and I'm being very honest here...rather envious. I would much rather look like that than the way I look now.

I know many tubsters like myself go on about 'real women' and having some meat and not wanting to be skeletal - I say all that myself, all bravado from me!! but secretly, I want a figure like that.

I mean, I'll settle for anything less than Jabba the Hutt, but I'd like a figure like that.

I think she looks ok, she is very thin on top, and bigger round her hips. Some people ARE just naturally skinny - my cousin is very thin despite eating twice as much as anyone else I know. Sky Showbiz did a 'thing' about Keira Knightley here which highlights the 'thin top half'.

If she DOES have a problem then I hope she has plenty of support.

I like being thin/skinny (dh thinks verging on body issues) but even I can see that is disgusting, she looks terrible.

She was 16/17 around the time of The Hole and Bend it like Beckham.... of course her shape has changed over the years.

She's 22 now, and has gradually become her adult shape - due to 10 years on the pill I am only just discovering what mine is like. Yes, she is much smaller at the top, but if she was in complete eating disorder state then her thighs etc would show it too.

She cant win. She should just be whatever size she wants to be and sod everyone elses opinion.
And bollocks to her or VB et al being blamed for womens self esteem issues, if they did put on a bit of weight they'd be ripped apart for it just as they are ripped apart for being too skinny and a bad influence.

I think VB looks worse - her legs look like they will snap, and her face looks hollow and gaunt. I personally think they show the difference between 'naturally' thin and 'thinner than you natural body shape'.

Look sto me like she has always been thin. The bikini picture clearly shows that she is not all bony, her thighs are curved, just very slim.
Poor girl probably gets sick of people telling her to eat a mars bar or 2.

let's face it she obviously controls her weight - ALL actresses do. But there have been worse photos of her - like one in a goldern lame dress - i can't do links but she looked especially thin there. She has also admitted to an eating disorder.

Actually, I think she looks fine - she is naturally very thin, with no boobs. If you google pics of women with anorexia, they do not look like Kiera. She has repeatedly denied she has an eating disorder. If people on Mumsnet said "I think she looks awful" about someone who was, say, a dress size 18, there would be a zillion posts saying how dreadful it is that we pay so much attention to body shape, size, weight etc etc

Looking again at the pictures, the ones further down look much better - her back is well covered, and she does look healthy to me. Compare these pictures to ones of someone like Nicole Richie or Mary-Kate Olsen, and the difference is in the appearance of health, or lack of it.

Also, celebrities such as Mary-Kate Olsen, Nicole Richie, Victoria Beckham, and longer ago Calista Flockhart, Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston all had a 'changing' body shape - they slimmed publicly, whereas Keira Knightley hasn't changed that much to my eyes.

I'm thin myself, size 8 always have been and since having dd I'm thinner on top than my bottom half iyswim. I get very annoyed by the way that people think it's fine to comment on thin women in a "gosh you must be anorexic, eat a donut" kind of way when it would be rightly frowned upon to say to someone overweight "weightwatchers are great you know".

You cannot diagnose an eating disorder from looking at a picture.

I don't think she is 'too' thin or has an eating disorder.

I wouldn't want her figure cos she is very boyish - would much rather look like Kelly Brook but don't think she looks awful either.

I remember when she was in Princess of Thieves how the American poster for it built up her breast - this is what she said about it

She looks fantastic in the wet t-shirt shot, those thighs are very slim, but also perfectly healthy. She looks needle thin in the dress, but she clearly has a very willowy figure, and is sort of 2-D, if you know what I mean, so her waist from the side seems impossibly thin. I know this shape, because I'm like a many times fatter version of it - my waist looks normal from the front and tiny from the side. God, she looks gorgeous in that dress, it is a gorgeous dress, and you have to have no tits for it, I think.

Her face looks healthy (roundish) and ok, don't think she has a problem.
Possibly as I was slim as hell as a teen, and not when it was trendy to be size 0.
