Eyeliner that stays put

Inspired by the holy grail thread, I got thinking. I don't really have a holy grail of any makeup/product, but would like an eyeliner which stays put all day. I have been trying for years to find this, can anyone help?
I currently have Scandal Eyes, which is really long lasting as a shadow, but as eyeliner doesn't even make it 4 hours, let alone the promised 24.
I've also got a Bobbi Brown pencil- that doesn't last all day either, and worse still, both of them end up giving me smears and shadows under my eyes.
Can any body recommend one which stays on eyelids?

Topshop liquid liner. It has a felt pen type applicator and is wonderfully black.

Loads of them stay on, but some are better than others.
The felt-tip pen ones last, as does the Rimmel one that is in a short bottle with a brush. I use a boots no 17 one (stocked up before it was discontinued) but Collection one is good too. I let it dry then go over it with a black or dark grey pencil.
A lot of the pencils don't stay put. Nothing stays put if you rub.
It might be me but waterproof mascara crumbles away on me, even expensive ones.
Body shop mascara is pretty good, otherwise I'm still using the 17 stuff.

For kohl I love kiko smart pencils, or Bobbi brown

Usually I use ABH eyeshadow & flat brush for top lid

I wish estee lauder stayed on me but it wears off in two to three hours

I like the Urban Decay one, which I think I bought from a recommendation on here.

Mac liquidlast only one I can find that lasts my 13hour shifts and is tear and smudge proof!

I was thinking perhaps I need to get a primer or something - for my eyelids!

I had a thread about this a while ago under a different name but essentially it seemed like different things worked for different people. I've started using a fixing spray now, just the Rimmel insta-fix one so not expensive, and have found it works amazingly at keeping all makeup in place, including eye makeup. I've not had a panda eye since I started using it.

Autumnrose I recently bought the NYX eyelid primer and it is actually really good!

Absolutely agree a felt pen style one lasts best on me too...I think I have No7...

Although...today I put a blob of concealer under it and it’s stayed put so maybe I’ll just do that.

Mac liquidlast really doesn't budge. To the extent that I can't get the bloody stuff off. I even went back to the Mac shop to see what they would recommend but even that doesn't really remove it well.

Bourjois Liner Pinceau and L'Oreal Superliner are both good (both brushes with liquid liner, which is pretty unbudgeable once it's dried).

I really like the Rimmel Glam eyes around £3.50

Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon doesn't budge £20

Or kiko Intense Colour Long Lasting Eyeliner currently £3.80 usually £5.50

I use both kiko for every day and Marc Jacobs for nights out

I have bought a couple of BarryM eyeliner pencils in Poundland recently, they do not smudge and stay put for at least 12 hours, unlike Clinique chubby stick which barely makes it to lunchtime.

I use benefit roller liner, I find that doesn't come off.

I think most liquid eyeliners stay put, however I only like a pencil as I think liquid eyeliner looks far too harsh on me. I have yet to find a pencil eyeliner that lasts more than a couple of hours so I just have resigned myself to reapplying, it’s annoying though.
