I'm only wee

5ft 1 and a size 10

I've already done the princess style wedding first time around #doomed

What do you think of this?

I suspect it might swamp me

Would you like to see a bride in a jumpsuit?

Definitely go for it.

I rarely look at 'real' women (e.g. friends/family/acquaintances) in their wedding dress and think 'wow that's the best they've ever looked', I find most wedding dresses hideous though. Lace plus net plus sparkle in an unflattering cut is never a good look. I wore something more like a red-carpet dress but in white to my wedding.

Personally I’m not sure about that jumpsuit.

I really liked Catherine Deane stuff when I was looking for a dress.

They have some amazing trouser and top combinations.

It’s your big day, your choice of outfit.

My first wedding dress was very eighties and looks hideous imo now and so ott and dated. So when l married 'current' dh nine years ago l went for the plainest dress l could find in ivory in a medieval shape iykwim that flared out at the bottom of the sleeves and onto the floor at the back. But it didn't have one bit of lace or sequin or button anywhere. I felt like l wore the dress not the dress wore me. As an older bride too l didn't want to wear a meringue and veil.
DH absolutely loved it and still talks about when he first saw me in it. I'm a big convert to less is more these days.

I was coming on to say it's worth looking at Ted Baker if you want a wedding dress that is not the standard meringue. (I'm not keen on their wedding jumpsuit though)
