Please recommend me the most amazing hairdryer in the whole world.

What are these dyson things like?

I have both

I tend to blast my hair with the Parlux 385 and finish it off with the Dyson

These two hairdryers have changed my life and I would happily pay £300 for either one of them again..

Dyson here.

Long, thick, heavy hair that holds onto water all day if I air dry. I am also a runner and a commuter with FT job. So the running means I have to wash my hair regularly and the commuting means I have not a lot of time in the mornings.

Dyson has cut drying time in half. Great for the condition too - no frizz, no 'cooked' feeling.

For me I use it 5 days out of 7 and is worth the money.

Had a parlux before and it was much better than other dryers but for my specific circumstances I will only use Dysons now ( if I can afford them).

I have the ghd hairdryer and I love it

My friend had a Dyson. She was so excited to try it, but after about a month she noticed her hair was in really poor condition and had started breaking off! She'd never had this before and the only thing she'd changed was her drier. In the end she took it back to currys who refunded her straight way and apologised. Makes me think it's not the first return they'd had.

I have a Parlux to, best hairdryer I've ever had

I had a compact Parlux hairdryer, it lasted 4 years then just packed up, only had a six month guarantee, so I decided to go back to Babyliss which I had always had before and bought the 3Q one which cost £75 couple of years ago.

I also bought a back up hairdryer at the same time from Lidl which was £9.99, same spec as the Babyliss but has a much shorter cord, dries well although I've only used it a couple of times so far.

GHD here. Have been very happy with it. My hair is fine and straight.
