HELP how to dress up this black dress i look like am going to a funeral.

Its my one year wedding anniversary on saturday and we are off to the place we got married for a lovely meal.

So i bought this black wrap dress the pics are before and after type thing. One is with no control wear you can see my hips lots so i threw some spanx on tried it on again feel alot better in it but i didnt have a bra on it in that pic. Am off to buy a plunge bra to wear with it tomorrow.

Anyway I was going to do black shoes and bag but i feel a bit drab in all black help me dress it up a bit.

I am going to brave the no spanx i just feel so hippy without them not like the 60s free spirted kind, the cake loving kind

I was looking at leopard print shoes today but went for the patent black peep toe instead going to do red toes too i think. The bag i have is a patent mid grey clutch. Going to wear my wedding Jewellery aswell little tear drop earings and small necklace.

I would go with a big statement necklace, sparkly shoes and bag. Perhaps a wrap in a complementary colour to the shoes and bag.
