I've always had strong bo. Mitchum roll on used to be great but in the last few years not as effective anymore. I used it daily (not as advertised with skipping a day). But it worked. Now..not so much
I'm getting stinkier. Can you recommend products? Is there anything else I can do?

Driclor. Must be manufactured by sweaty witches. It works so well. Changed my life 20+ years ago. But as others have said, don't shave or even wash armpits before use. Put up with the itching if you get it because the reward will be total dryness. You might start at at twice a week use then go to once every six months gradually. Good luck.

stylish I bought SweatGuard- £15!! It worked for 2 weeks and then I stank again. I was so disappointed.

Vichy 48h anti-perspirant worked wonders for me when I had the same problem.

DavetheCat2001 · 24/04/2017 08:45

I'm using Perspirex at the moment too, used Driclor some years ago and they largely do the same thing.

I have the wettest pits in the world, and the problem is particularly bad when I am feeling stressed or anxious (which I do a lot). I've never been very smelly, but the damp patches under my arms no matter what i wear, and the fact it destroys your clothes was really getting me down.

Those strong antiperspirants do sting like a bastard but they they do work. I am putting Perspirex on every 3-4 days now and the problem is resolved! Even after a long run my pits are dryish.

Hydrosal is excellent

I feel I should report back: the perspirex is the business. Third application tonight. And I am stink free!!!! Very happy I wish I'd tried this before

Hi OP. This won't stop you sweating, but have you tried cornstarch to reduce odour? Something like this:
www.amazon.co.uk/Johnson-Pure-Cornstarch-Baby-Powder/dp/B004Z4MNGQ?tag=mumsnetforum-21

Possibly even plain cornstarch would work (and much cheaper). I haven't tried it so I don't know if it'll work.
