not sure about high waisted jeans. I am short waisted, and I reckon they'd end up just under my boobs!!

I'm 5'8'' & really long-waisted. I'm a size 12 with a small waist. I feel a bit old-fashioned in my bootlegs; my legs are too chunky for skinnies; I love my Gap boy-fits, but they are quite low & being long-waisted, I find it hard to find tops long enough (those smock things are really unflattering if you've got a waist, & they don't look good with wider-legged trews anyway). SO.... I was wondering about high-waisters... but I reckon they WOULD make your arse look massive.

High waisted ones just make your arse look huge. THe more fabric covering your arse, the bigger it looks. Plus, it would make my belly stick out.

Boyfriend jeans most flattering for me. I adore them - they are as comfy as wearing jogging bottoms but more stylish.

Agree about tunic tops. Tbh, I just don't get them. People just look pregnant in them.

I've got a small waist so tunics don't do anything to show off that at all.

having given birth 6 months ago, there is no way you'd cactch me in a tunic / smock top.... people would assume i'm eiher a) still pregnant or b) still fat.

I got some nice Boyfriend jeans in Matalan - dead comfortable. They are quite long, 32".
