Best eyebrow makeup

I am looking for something relatively cheap and easy to enhance my eyebrows. Suggestions gratefully received.

MAC eyebrow pencil. It's a twisty one so no sharpening. I tried that benefit brow thingy (the one that's like a mascara) it's shit in my opinion, but I have very sparse brows so need something more defining

Dammit I want that Suqqu stuff now! Looks amazing.
