They look other-worldly (plastic?). Possibly not everyone's cup of tea, but I wouldn't mind just a little more 'luxe' to my look...how do they get that effect?!

She's certainly changed over the years....

But overall I'd say it's a healthy diet of diamonds and platinum that keeps her skin glowing. Oh and lots of sex with that hot husband of hers.

I have a friend with that kind of face. Mid thirties.

She works in an "aesthetic clinic". She's been getting Botox for years. She does look great mind you.

I don't get that, but would probably be considered to have very smooth looking skin. My budget way of doing it is: Religious Sunscreen + some sort of acid toning + some sort of luminizer. A nice smoothing primer if I'm wearing make up.

Oh, and a night cream with niacinamide to brighten.

And that's every day. So it's not accidental. It never is, after 40!

Professionally applied airbrushed foundation - basically you need heavy duty airbrushing since the advent of HD TV.

Fillers, botox, ribbon facelifts, dermatologist to the stars on speed dial, fraxel, lasering, professional makeup artist on call to apply lots of heavy makeup. This is not a look where a bit of bb cream will cut the mustard.

Personally I think Melania is starting to look like a cat lady.

I saw her interview with Anderson cooper ,and the camera was really close to her face, her eyes looked too feline, Carla Bruni had that weird cat eye too, until she started to lay off the Botox or maybe found a better doctor?
