  1. How much?
  2. How long did it take?
  3. Did it really help you?
  4. Do you still use the advice even now when buying clothes?

For example, in ASDA today I bought a green and black wrap dress for £2!!!

It fits lovely and was a real bargain but not sure if green is my colour. Did I only buy cause it was 2 quid. If I'd had my colours done would I say 'yes it's cheap but green makes me look pale/knackered/like shit?

Thank you.

I got mine done by House of Colour . It was a present for my 30th birthday and I was really sceptical. However it was an all day thing with lunch. One of my sisters came and there were 2 other women there. We had a great day and I must admit - you can really tell when you have the right colours on. I am vibrant autumn BTW

I had mine done by House of Colour too. Very expensive (but then I did go to someone in Kensington, so I guess she needed the cash!). I had both colour and style, and I've gone from shopping once in a blue moon when my clothes all had so many holes I really had to, to actually enjoying shopping, and thinking of it as a good weekend treat. The main thing, as others have said is that if I wear things that suit my colour and style palette then I get a lot of compliments. I threw half of my wardrobe away the evening after my session, but now it's bursting, so I'm not sure that it really saves money!

Oh Lordy!

I had this done by a friend who discovered that no colours at all suit me except

GOLD !

have worn nothing but ever since

I find a good rule of thumb for buying something that will suit you is the same colour as your hair/eyes or the complete opposite.

Never wear the same colour as your skin or you will look like a sausage.

Well, I'm convinced, (I def. need some help!)

Northerner, if you find someone up here that does it for, erm... a lot less than £85, please let me know
