eviletc · 26/01/2007 11:41

northerner · 26/01/2007 11:43

Where on earth do you go to get your colours done?

And what if they tell me to wear mauve and magents?

hotandbothered · 26/01/2007 11:43

northerner · 26/01/2007 11:45

trinny and susannah's books always say to wear dresses over trousers.

i do.

but cos i want to. not cos they say so.

MrsBadger · 26/01/2007 11:53

well, you're wearing purple and lilac at the moment so it wouldn't be a huge leap

The classic place is Colour me Beautiful but they charge a fortune - have a look in local papers, parish mags etc - there's normally someone who does it in their spare room for a bit of extra cash. If you happen to be in Glamorgan I can give you a recommendation...

Coathangers and cedar wood balls.
I'd like Johnny Depp hiding in mine please.

KTeePee · 26/01/2007 16:36

Any tips for style of top to wear if one is broad of shoulder but small-breasted?

fizzbuzz · 26/01/2007 18:41

Halter necks?

KTeePee · 27/01/2007 08:51

Ermm maybe for a party or something but not every day (and especially not this time of year!)

fizzbuzz · 27/01/2007 17:28

Polo neck. Have degree in fashion, and used to be good at all this sort of stuff.People always wanted me to go shopping with them for advice.

Alas ds and dd have stolen all brain, and replaced it with a cabbage

High necks lengthen you, so would make shoulders appear slimmer (if that's what you want, I personally like broad shoulders on women, they make good "coathangers") and people with litle boobs look good in polo necks. Anything v or notch neck, but avoid, square or sweetheart necklines. That OK for you?

I do colours too!
