Luxury/high end shampoo

I would like to buy a friend some nice shampoo and conditioner for their birthday, does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a budget of about £35

I like Paul Mitchell.. They do fancy sets of shampoo and conditioner.

I love Aveda stuff and it smells lovely. You could easily get a set for £35 especially online.

Redken, absolutely love it. Have also heard good things about Ojon but not tried it myself.

Not sure how high end it is, but I absolutely love the lee Stafford Argan oil set. I've tried kerestase and Paul Mitchell and not really noticed a difference but this one really made my hair feel soft and silky

I love awceda shampure. Smells great, I'm not allergic to it AND makes a noticeable difference to my hair.

I might just be really fussy, but I'd not thank you for shampoo and conditioner - it's taken me to my late 30's to find one that suits my hair and I hated most of the ones named already.

I mean I would thank someone because I'm not rude, but I'd not want it.

I'd be inclined to agree with tabulah. Most women I know use a specific shampoo that they've found suits them. Ive had the really big bed head shampoo and conditioner sat on my window ledge for 6 months after my sister bought me it and it just doesn't suit my hair.

Maybe get a Kerastase "extra" product rather than fancy shampoo and conditioner? They have some great intensive masques and serums at that price. I swear by their new repair range (green bottles) for my fine ratty hair.

Redken so soft or all soft, can't remember name exactly. Makes hair lovely and soft and swishy, if I wasn't concerned with volume in my thinning hair id still use this

Point taken re already having a favourite shampoo already but the person in question just buys whichever shampoo is on offer
