Any work-do appropriate cocktail dresses out there (without bloody lace inserts or sleeves)

Had hoped the lace thing would have died by this year, apparently not.

Looking for a nice dress, not short (I'm 5'9") with sleeves. I did well with an Other Stories dress last year.

Anyone else on the hunt for similar, can we please share finds?

closet midi dress bit plain but would maybe work when dressed up with great hair/jewellery/shoes and comes in navy/teal/pink/purple/cobalt/lilac/black so at least you can pick your colour!
