30, just after my DS was born.

measles64 · 16/05/2015 22:09

23 and pregnant. Then no more until the second pregnancy. Then more during the third. It is a hormone thing I think. :(

PottyLotty · 16/05/2015 22:10

I was about 16. By the time I got married my hair showed signs of being completely white at the roots all over.

I first coloured it at high school after the head master complained about it being an unnatural colour Hmm

I'm not brave enough to let it grow out at the moment but it's fairly long. Some day I will be brave and have a short style and leave it to grow out but I would like to be in my 40's before I do that Blush

  1. I'm sure DS (9months) has nothing to do with it...

All along my hairline so quite noticeable!

christinarossetti · 16/05/2015 22:32

I have one at 45 years.

My dd had one when she was 6, though it seems to have fallen out now.

CarbeDiem · 16/05/2015 22:33

19
I'm now 36 and I'm roughly 30/40% grey, mostly at the front. I've been every colour of the rainbow, I think, but for the moment I'm happy to be chemically blonde, it hides the grey well.

EBearhug · 16/05/2015 22:35

21, at uni. I pulled it out and stuck it in my diary.

I found the first grey pube (42) far more disturbing.

Loveleopardprint · 16/05/2015 22:36
  1. Now completely grey. Gave up dyeing it at 38. My twelve yr old DD found her first grey hair last week. She was horrified poor thing.
Runningupthathill82 · 16/05/2015 22:43

About 22. Am almost completely grey now, at 32 (but not that you'd know it, thanks to the dye).

GoodtoBetter · 16/05/2015 22:44

in my 20a. forty next monthShock and would be totally grey all over without dye. dyeing is a faff but I'm buggered if I'm going grey in my thirtiesSad
it's not even a nice silver, just dishwater dirty greySad

GoodtoBetter · 16/05/2015 22:45

20s

WhiteHairReally · 16/05/2015 22:53
  1. Note name. Hereditary from my mother's side of the family. The serious dying habit began at 18.
hiccupgirl · 16/05/2015 23:51

Around 35 and about 15% grey now at 42.

DH was about 10% grey at 19 when we meet and is about 70% now at 43. His dad was 100% grey by his 30s.

BlueEyedWonder · 17/05/2015 00:22

22 and I was still at uniShock
I'm 39 this year and would guess I'm around 50% grey. I have blonde highlights through to help blend them in.

mrsmeerkat · 17/05/2015 00:26

35 last year on my first pregnancy I saw one and pulled it haven't noticed any since

DramaAlpaca · 17/05/2015 00:30

I'm 50 & don't have any grey yet. It's in my genes - DM is almost 80 and hasn't gone grey, and her mother didn't either.

ImBrian · 17/05/2015 15:29

20! I'm now 34 and completly white around the temples and a fair bit of white mixed in every where else.

Azquilith · 17/05/2015 17:49
  1. Didn't bother me at all. Dye it because I like the colour, but am thinking about knocking it off.
NomiMalone · 17/05/2015 17:56

23/24.

Initially they were so few that I just plucked them. But then they went crazy. I have graves disease which apparently can cause premature greying.

I'm 34 now and stopped dyeing 14 months ago and my hair is now platinum with bright white/silver natural highlights. It looks pretty amazing Grin

pinkfrocks · 17/05/2015 18:37

Late 40s I think
