Where can I get brilliant black skinny jeans from?

Need to fit a shortarse.
Nice and black and keep colour well.
Not go baggy.
Cost less than £60.
The M&S jeggings are now failing me. I still love the pale wash blue ones, but the black ones now fade within weeks and go baggy within a few hours of wear.

Please help! :)

I have about 30 pairs of skinny jeans.
I used to love Uniqlo. Great value, but very long.
Sienna Miller's twenty8twelve do fab skinnies. I also rate AllSaints.
Levi's tend to lose their shape after a while. Current Elliot sizing is really odd, but they are nice if you can find a pair to fit.
Alexander McQueen are great too.
EBay is your friend to try a few out.

I wear Primark stretch skinnies - black ones - all the time. The very soft, thin stretchy ones don't go baggy and they've never faded.

Marks ans spencer limited collectection. They are about £37-super stretch and don't go baggy around the knee. I have 4 pairs in blue and two in black!

Johnny B kids range at Boden are good too. I'm 5 3 and a size 12-I have the 30 inch waist and they're brilliant!

MarchesMum · 05/05/2015 14:43

Fabulassie do you mean the seven pound primark skinnies?

LikeASoulWithoutAMind · 05/05/2015 16:25

How about these ones from Oasis I have the purple ones rather than black but they have washed really well and don't go baggy at all. I also have Oasis Cherry jeans in black and they have held their colour pretty well too (very slight fading round the bit that covers the zip and edge of pockets but otherwise still properly black after 8 months of repeated washing).

I think they are meant to be ankle grazer but I'm a little short of leg and they are a perfect normal length on me Grin

Fabulassie · 05/05/2015 17:29

I'm not sure what they cost. They may be £7. But they're the very soft extra stretchy ones.

Fabulassie · 05/05/2015 17:39

I am not a short-arse. One of the reason I like the Primark ones is they make long length. They also make short length. If you try them on and they fit, you should be happy with how they wear.

I have the Oasis Jade skinnies and a pair of their Cherry ones, which aren't quite as skinny. They were about £40 and I prefer them to Topshop, they are comfier, softer and have worn better. Don't get baggy knees either in my experience.

Thanks again, everyone.

MrsJuice - Have got some blue Current Elliot ones, but they are not as skinny as I like black ones to be. Most of your recommendations are out of my price-range, sadly. MY CEs were £30 in the bitter ends of the Selfridges sale.

I'll have a look at Oasis - I used to really rate them in the days of bootcuts, but haven't looked at their jeans for years.

I'll also see if anything turns up in the All Saints sales.

Im 5 foot 2" and I get mine from Matalan. I get the jeggings as they're so comfy with the elasticised waist and they keep their colour for ages. I usually order online as they never seem to have the shorter ones in store .

MsBojangles · 06/05/2015 18:22

River Island has some really saturated black ones.

ZaraW · 06/05/2015 18:23

I have some black jeans from Whistles which I love had them for a year and they have barely faded. I got them in the sale for about 50 quid.
