Using only what I have in the house
I have... bicarb of soda
Essential oils of peppermint, clary sage and ylang ylang
white and cider vinegar

I have a roll on thingy that frees ingrown hairs that sometimes helps and dries them out (this isn't ingrown hair, I don't have hairy chin) but it's not touching it and it's way too drying / stings. Tried squeezing and just made them inflamed and painful
(and yes, it's PMS time)

A dab of face mask on each spot, left on overnight, works wonders. Reduces swelling & pain - they just seem to disappear. I use a Clarins one now but have also used Simple with same results.

I always get mine from beautybay. They're excellent at delivery. The lotion isn't cheap (I put a drop or two on the palm of my hand and apply it to the cyst with a finger - it saves wasting it soaking a cotton bud), but I've had the one I'm on for two and a half years now, and I'm only just halfway through it.

Try isopropyl rubbing alcohol - that's what it's called here in Canada, not sure about in the UK. A little amount on a cotton pad & sweep over the area gently. I also use one of those cheap facial massager roller things from the Body Shop. Gets the blood to the surface of the skin & that helps keep things clear....

Just noticed that the Mario Badescu lotion has isopropyl alcohol in it so its obviously along the same lines.....

ah thanks might try that first..cheaper option!
