I just bought some yummy cheap boots from an embarassing shop

Here They are gorgeous and very, very comfy. For £35!!!!!

But the shop is so grim and orthotic. What am I going to say when people ask me about them?

Have you worn them in the heavy rain this last week? How did they hold up - I am considering a pair but if these ones take in water will keep looking for a nice leather pair instead!

After reading this thread I tried these on in my local gardening centre (how hip!) and then ordered a pair online (Dobbies was out of my size). They arrived today and I'm thrilled. What a brilliant find, OP.
