the kind of thing you'd see in fashion mags but a big no from me

Tutter · 27/09/2006 10:25

(toes should never be seen in tights imho - euw)

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:28

Had a look at that site but they dont seem to have any ones that go past the knee (winter is coming you know )

I want some purple and blue diamond pattern socks that go to mid thigh, but cant find any.

I think I have a fetish!

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 10:33

Ooooh I love tamba's stripey ones!!!

Soooooooooooo.... a sahm - what skirts????

expatinscotland · 27/09/2006 10:37

Flame, Tamba
You are both either mad or on drugs for thinking those tights anything other than naff.

Or for a Halloween costume.

Mascaraohara · 27/09/2006 10:38

I agree with tutter, feet are ugly enough withought adding visible toes in tights to the equation.

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 10:39

Just mad...

Although I do looooooooooove halloween costumes

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:39

Expat

That being said, I like the idea of peep toes w/tights.

Not sure why, and don't think it's a look I'd ever try myself.

BUT, it's miles over the naffotastic footless tights thingy.

Bozza · 27/09/2006 14:20

Ah so all of you who don't think my peep toes are suitable footwear in this business casual office. Get what the receptionist is wearing - DMs with a cartoon on the side. So I actually look quite smart in a comparative sort of way.
