we're a bit north of hoxton, anniemac, in hackney. but my bus to work goes past charlotte st. maybe dd & i could have a trip down there....

mytights is fab, have used them before.

Bozza · 27/09/2006 10:14

But I don't wear suits to work. I am wondering if the nude micronet might be the way to go.

Mascaraohara · 27/09/2006 10:14

Oh see now Annie you could be swaying me to try a pair with a sales pitch like that.. I might have to investigate further.

I would never wear a peep toe to work but don't really feel like my environment is suitable for daring wear.

Tamba - I love the red ones and had a pair similar but in black when I was 17. I couldn't get away with them nw though.. I'd look like a fat old prozzie who's lost her cream fake fur waist length jacket.

Strpiey ones are for kate moss and co. only I think

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:17

I could spend a fortune in there! (I have this sock thing - love them)

I spent the whole of winter wearing very funky tights and short shirts

You would have to have very slim legs to pull off the strippy ones

I want some of those footless ones in bright colours but I fear no one would be seen out with me

I have these mad fashion impulses ever so often (Bright pink mini skirt with fake white fur gillet thing anyone.... )

bundle · 27/09/2006 10:20

tamba, have you tried tabio socks? mmmmmmmm

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:22

tabio socks?

bundle · 27/09/2006 10:23

think they do tights too, i had some lovely stripey knee length socks from selfridges, but you can order them online too now (tabio.co.uk) - they're a very fine knit cotton, lovely & comfy

hoxtonchick · 27/09/2006 10:24

maybe not then anniemac . will console myself with a big order from mytights!
