How many pairs of shoes do you own?

I have just too many pairs of shoes (like 100 pairs) which I seem to hold on to forever- will give away clothes but not shoes. Sad I know-but I just cannot help it.

Oh I don't feel so bad know. I keep thinking maybe I have too many, especially at the moment because I am coveting another pair.
I have 6 pairs of knee length boots all flat
2 x thigh boots
8 pairs heeled ankle boots
10 pairs flat ankle boots
4 mid calf flat boots
2 mid calf heeled boots
2 x uggs boots
x uggs that look like converse
1 skechers that look like uggs
3 x timberland
23 pairs of trainers, mix of skechers or reebok
5 x pairs slippers

Actual shoes. None. Havent seen any I like.
Where do I keep them? At the moment I have an open space under the stairs, and have floor to ceiling storage. Great for all the shoes, slippers, hats etc.
I say at the moment, when the box room becomes free, the room will be changed.

1 pair of converse

2 pairs of work shoes
1 pair of trainers
2 pairs of sandals

all are about 2 years old now.

About 30 pairs. I recently threw out about 10 pairs to turn my shoe cupboard into a DVD cupboard. I wear only 2 or 3 pairs, the most comfortable ones.
