How many pairs of shoes do you own?

I have just too many pairs of shoes (like 100 pairs) which I seem to hold on to forever- will give away clothes but not shoes. Sad I know-but I just cannot help it.

I have about 40 but I'm getting rid of a few to make room for more

Probably about 25 (after purging a few), including:
6 pairs ballet pumps (that get the most wear),
4 pairs ankle boots,
1 pair walking boots,
1 pair mock converse,
1 pair long winter boots,
1 pair trainers

The rest are heels, including four pairs of black.

35 ish, but if you count sports shoes then add at least another 15 pairs. I don't even think of myself as a shoe person, I certainly never seem to have the right pair for any formal occasion.

I don't think I want to know the actual amount. But yes 100 is a ball park figure

I did have 235 pairs - that included absolutely everything even wellies (of which I have five pairs) and slippers (four pairs).
I had a sort out and got rid of about 80.
I know I have too many. I never even have the opportunity to wear most of them. But I do love shoes and one piece of clothing can look so different with alternative footwear.

90 something which pales into insignificance compared to Ptraci .

2 x heeled boots
2 x furry boots for winter
1 x long boots (that need replacing)

2 x ankle boots

Oh, 1 pair of wellies that need replacing, too.

70+ but that doesn't include a couple of pairs of flats or casual shoes. Maybe not some boots either

About 60 pairs including about 9 that are too high for me to walk in but which I love immensely and could t throw out!

Would love some new boots for the winter.

Those of you with more than 50, where do you store them all?

Too many and not enough

I keep mine for decades many years.
I buy from ebay and in sales.

I have collected mine over 10 years - I throw away the old, worn out ones but keep those that don't get worn so much.

Storage is an issue tho - in the wardrobe, on top of the wardrobe, under the bed, in the cupboard under the stairs...... Not ideal and suggestions welcome!

1 x tan ankle tie sandals
1 x dark brown wedge sandals
1 x lovely red suede high heeled sandals with a zip up the back
1 x Aigle wellies
1 x running shoes
1 x puma casual trainers
1 x ancient old school trainers
1 x cream and silver kitten heel snakeskin shoes from my wedding
1 x strappy high heels in tan and blue.
1 x sheepskin slippers
1 x Navy ballet pumps
1 x navy and wooden wedges

About 20, I think. I should get rid of some that I don't wear.
