I've seen the Scholl pedi-remover-roll-on thingy in Tesco but it was £39.99, I know my heels are minging but I cant afford that Sad
Any other ideas? Thank you!

Lloyd chemist corn remover. Like a blade on a stick

soap and glory foot file - by far the best one I've tried. Flexitol heel balm a few times a week and Aldi lacura cream daily

Bought the terrifying Microplane off Amazon. If I have any feet left by the time I get it I'll report back!!

I just went on an amazon spending spree.
Purchased a callous file to DIY as no money for a pedicure. After I've sliced all the hard skin off will scour with my Newtons chiropody sponge, then apply lashing of natural shea butter. Socks on,and hopefully baby feet.

I do love a pedicure as they have massage chairs and everything, but my callous file cost me about £4 with p&p,so a lot cheaper.

rock looks like we've both been shopping.Smile

We will have to report back and compare feet soon. Our smooth, better-be-gorgeous-feet.

The Body Shop peppermint foot scrub to soften. Two or three consecutive days' use in the shower should get rid of all the hard, dry, rough edges, then moisturise well each night before bed and continue using the scrub once a week.

I am amazed and very impressed! That pink foot file is the business, my feet look and feel lovely :)

Well done rock. I'm glad you found something that worked. I used my callous blade and my feet are soft too.

I just googled the pink microplane, and have had that used on my feet in the salon. I must say I preferred the blade,as did the woman next to me.
Anyhoo, far easier to scrub and cream feet with the hard skin removed isn't it.

I might treat myself to a neon in-your-face toenail polish treat to show of my fabulous tooties. Grin

Just ordered the microplane after reading these comments. I had to walk about for a fair bit yesterday and all pleasure was taken from the day, as my feet were so sore thanks to awful hard skin.

Hope it works!

Beautifullymixed · 04/08/2014 12:55

Please come back and tell us if it works.
I can see another order coming on....

My feet are so very dry,I have to constantly remove hard skin, scrub and moisturise daily to get them presentable.

Always on the look out for easier or better ways. I still swear by my Newtons chiropody sponge to smooth the edges/rough bits after removing hard skin though.

Giraffeski · 04/08/2014 13:25

I am on day four after a Footner bootie mask thing and all my hard skin is starting to peel off like a snake shedding it's skin. I have high hopes of baby feet for when we go on holiday in a couple of weeks!

Beautifullymixed · 04/08/2014 16:23

I have been reading the footner thread with interest. Thinking should I?....

It's a bit like the lakeland airer (expensive), that some love and some think a waste of money.

It's too expensive to not work, but it sounds miraculous. Especially as it seems to do the work for you. Might have to ponder this a bit more. Grin

wasabipeanut · 04/08/2014 16:30

I have been using an Avon foot balm twice daily & filing every day and mine are lovely if I may say so :) They survived 5 days of camping without any attention without too many ill effects!

I wish you well in your quest for nice feet - I'm sure somebody will be along soon to tell us how shallow we are but if I have manky feet I don't feel happy in pretty sandals or bare feet.

Giraffeski · 05/08/2014 19:42

Beautifully I got a knock off called Purederm from amazon which works the same but £5. Has good reviews on here and on amazon.

Beautifullymixed · 05/08/2014 19:47

Yes, I read about that brand and even read the reviews and put it in my basket on Amazon.

Then I dithered a bit more until it wasn't available from that seller anymore.

I shall now go for it and report back here. Smile

Beautifullymixed · 05/08/2014 19:49

Thanks for the link Giraffe just made it a lot easier Smile

rockpink · 12/08/2014 22:15

I did Footner on Saturday and nothing is happening.

Rohey · 12/08/2014 22:22

Bought the newtons chiropody sponge.... Fab, fab , fab...been in heels all day with a good 30 mins walk in them and I have super soft feet...no rough heels and no callouses or corns...

GalaxyInMyPants · 12/08/2014 22:24

Ouch Rockpink. That's why I daren't try anything like that.

I made the stupid mistake of believing a thread aout eyebrow razors and hacked chunks out my skin.

rockpink · 12/08/2014 23:07

It was a cross between too much big pink file and then too much chiropody sponge too often :)

OP posts:
Beautifullymixed · 12/08/2014 23:23

That's funny rock because I also have slightly tender feet today. I went at my feet with my callous file and got excited to see all the hard skin coming off.

Slightly pink today. I also snapped my chiropody sponge. Feet are soft though and looking pretty with electric blue toenails.

Am going to replace my sponge asap- I love it.

Beautifullymixed · 12/08/2014 23:30

Ignore the tan line from my birkies Smile.
