Takes a bit of working out technique wise, but the secret is to rotate/or twist the handle bits between finger and thumb as you move up skin.

Make sure you have a 'U' shape too.

I have never bothered about tash area, but the last few yrs, it has been getting more noticeable (early 40's).

I am a bit of a wimp pain wise and it does sting, but i like swearing!

yes the rolling back and forth action is the way to go. When i first took it out the pack i was just rolling it up and down my face like I was paint rollering a large wall lol!

I ordered one on the back of this thread and it came today. I was just sat doing my tache and went "oh fuck that hurt!"

DS1(19) said "that doesn't hurt, give me a go!" So he starts going at his face and went "shit that hurts!" An unconvinced DS2(17) had to have a go and was soon swearing too! Grin

It's all fun and games in my house!

What's the re growth like?

I have slight fine hairs above my lip but they are blonde and not obvious. It would be nice if they weren't there though. If I were to use this threading thingy-would they grown back thick and leg hair like and I'd wish I'd left them alone?!

not sure yet as only peeping through. mine are dark so i am sure yours won't show as much.
if yours aren't bothering you or becoming more noticeable maybe not worth it.Smile

Search facial hair removers on eBay.
On the back of this thread, I got one on fri, delivered sat.
Fantastic!
You learn how to twiddle properly and then go all over your face.
Totally agree with whoever said it removes hairs you didn't know you had...
I do feel tidier for using it. Not having hair growth issues as I hit 40 this Sept!
No idea yet re spots or re growth......but hopefully not too bad either way as this little tool has seriously impressed me.

Mine has arrived and so far it's brilliant, it's removed all the little straggly hairs my waxing/hair removal cream seems to miss and my skin was only pink for a few minutes. Yay!

I think I'm the only person who still can't work out how to use it Grin I've done what you all said and nothing happens!

Ha the price must be coming down with all the mumsnetters purchases Grin

Felix: make sure you have a good solid 'U' shape and are giving it chance to roll over enough skin to actually feb something. Some rolls I get nothing then another get a few sharp pulls wen something is popping out!!

Ordered the 67p one. Not worried about the pain, (she says now.), but hope it doesn't give me spots as I can be prone to them. Mind, for 67p it's worth a go.

Do you have to pull the skin taut? If so, how do you then roll the doofer across your face?

There's lots of videos on Youtube demonstrating how to use it. The AprilAthena7 one is pretty clear.

Amused that a lot of them look about 16 years old.

Did anyone else order the 67p one from Amazon?

Ordered mine over a week ago and it hasn't arrived yet,
