Takes a bit of working out technique wise, but the secret is to rotate/or twist the handle bits between finger and thumb as you move up skin.

Make sure you have a 'U' shape too.

I have never bothered about tash area, but the last few yrs, it has been getting more noticeable (early 40's).

I am a bit of a wimp pain wise and it does sting, but i like swearing!

Definitely not eyebrows, you'd lose the lot! I don't find it all that painful really, but bizarrely it makes me sneeze when i use it!

piratecat · 26/06/2014 07:50

Coughle me too. asked dd if she could see anything different about my face and she couldn't.
which i was glad about as i didn't bought to be obvious iyswim.

I bought one a while ago as it was recommended on another thread. I got to scared to use it though and it is buried in a drawer somewhere. Is it not as painful as it looks?!

stilllearnin · 26/06/2014 07:56

Are you lovely downy fuzzy people tho? I have bristles my dp would be proud of and I am spending a fortune getting it threaded every 3 weeks! (I don't have a fortune by the way). Could this work for me? I am talking proper bristles.

Cocolepew · 26/06/2014 08:05

Ive just ordered one too, hopefully my fuzzy cheeks are a thing of the past!

lagoon · 26/06/2014 08:33

I've just ordered one from Amazon too, 95p. I have fair skin and dark hair and my tash fuzz really shows and my skin is sensitive so waxing/hair removal cream cause a red rash for a couple of hours but the reviews on this coil thing says that doesn't happen with this. Can't wait to try it!

piratecat · 26/06/2014 09:13

stilllearning i don't see why i couldn't work on thick hairs you should have seen my moustache.
i had a go at the rogues on my chin and with a bit of persistence they were gone.Smile

lagoon that's the same with me skin too sensitive for cramps. no money for threading or being bothered to go regularly.

I have been meaning to order one of these for months. Not sure what I've been waiting for as the price is so low and my unwanted hair depresses me daily! Ordering now, can't wait :)

stilllearnin · 26/06/2014 10:41

Well it's worth a go- was about to lash out on ipl (I think it's called) so I'll try this first. I'm not bothered about the pain- in my case it'll be worth it!

gerbiltamer · 28/06/2014 20:52

I have two and they are great, a bit stingy when applied (esp just under the nose) but really effective.

Cocolepew · 28/06/2014 21:01

Mine came today , its a bit painful but I'm a chimp in terms of hair.

Trillions · 28/06/2014 21:04

Intriguing, but I get terrible spots from waxing/threading my moustache - anyone here have that problem and had success with this epi tool?

NorbertDentressangle · 28/06/2014 21:06

Does it leave your skin red or irritated after you've used it?

Cocolepew · 28/06/2014 21:12

DD said my cheek was very red, but its ok now. To be honest I'm going to do it a bit at a time!
Probably if you did it in the evening/night I reckon it would be fine in the morning.

FelixFelix · 28/06/2014 21:15

Mine arrived this morning but I haven't got a clue how to use it.

Please help oh hairless ones!

WildThong · 28/06/2014 21:15

Sounds like a bargain, I pay £12 for a lip and chin wax every 5 weeks.

awaywego1 · 28/06/2014 21:17

mine arrived this morning too..just sat with it watching tv..it's quite pleasing and good for chin fluff..but the tash area feels too painful for me!

DoItTooJulia · 28/06/2014 21:17

I want to know about re growth, how often you need to do to maintain in and if it leaves ingrown hairs and spots.

So please do feed back!

Cocolepew · 28/06/2014 21:23

Felix bend it into a u shape and hold the two ends and gently roll them between your fingers. You'll know its working when you involuntary shout "oh fuck! " while looking aghast.

Hassled · 28/06/2014 21:23

I think you may have changed my life - have ordered one. The thought of never having to sit on the loo waiting for the Veet to work on my 'tache again fills me with joy :).

Hassled · 28/06/2014 21:26

Could I use it for the below eyebrow area? Bear in mind I'm hard as nails with a weirdly high pain threshold (this statement will come back to haunt me, won't it?).

Cocolepew · 28/06/2014 22:15

Hmm I dont think so, you would need a very steady hand . I don't think its small enough to do that.
Im not going to try it either. I've just did my tache and it hurt.

piratecat · 28/06/2014 22:16

i think below eyebrow area would be hard to do as you'd need to hold skin taught, and your skin is way too sensitive there to be pulled iyswim.

Having only done my tash once, i am now waiting to see how soon i will have to do it again, how long it has to be etc. Not sure how this look will, erm, 'look'.

Work in progress.

I didn't have any irritation on tash area, BUT i put some Salcura face stuff on the area after, it's a cleanser thing with tea tree in it, and i thought why not.
I must but some proper tea tree stuff.

Cocoleopew, i know it hurts, but do you feel kinda cleaner/clearer?
