Best way to lose 2/3 stone?

Have tried every diet under the sun... Usually manage to keep the weight of over the summer but it always creeps on over the winter... Only this year have put on more, a lot more actually. Need to motivate myself to lose 2/3 stone by July.

Don't eat meat but happy to eat fish.

Love pasta :-( and don't like "mini style" portions, so guess it is going to be painful in any event.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Pooremployer - try not to see breakfast as a different kind of meal. You can eat anything you fancy! I often have leftovers from dinner. Or a continental breakfast, i.e. sliced cooked meats and cheese. If it's a cooked breakfast, if you have the time/inclination - bacon and mushrooms, or sausage and mushrooms (as long as the sausage is low carb)

Just found a Rose Elliot book (on my own bookshelf, no clue how it got there) about low carb diet for veggies. Is I used those dishes in addition to the fish then maybe it will work..

Fingers crossed.

Pooremployer - I'm the same, can't eat until 10 or often midday! I find lots of snacky things good, love Parma ham and similar overpriced fancy meats, nuts, olives, pine nuts etc. graze boxes are good, you can specify preferences to make them low carb. Again overpriced though - high protein low carb is pricey. Or rather, most food is bulked up with cheap grains and sugar to make it artificially cheap.
