I've just ordered some straight midwash jeans from next, and I just wondered what sort of jeans were 'in'. Please tell me what sort your all wearing.

I had better go and buy some thencottonwoolmum. They sound ideal for me.

Top shop straight leg jeans now.
I've two other pairs which are skinnies. Any other style doesn't suit me.

I'm considering a pair of coloured skinnies. for summer but not sure what to go for.

I think I might have to venture into Topshop, a shop I haven't bought from for over 20 years.

skinny jeans from river island and jeggings in various acid washed from Tesco

Frame garcon - a slim boyfriend or in my opinion a slim leg jean. I love them - haven't worn any others in weeks.

wranglers from tk maxx, they keep their shape totally and never bag or have to be hoiked up

Really ancient Topshop boyfriend jeans, some French Connection high waisted, wide leg sailor jeans, Toast slim leg dark jeans with a roll up, Heyday 50s high waisted jeans. I am slight and small but skinnies are really not a good look for me and so it have been wearing these other jeans thoughout the skinny-wilderness!

I'm enjoying a distressed straight with wide turn up at the moment. Also high waisted skinnies and boyfriends.

Ooh yes, I'm doing the wide turn-up too.

I only own Primark skinnies now but wear them with biker boots. Not sure what I will wear when it starts getting hotter.

Would skinnies look ok with flip flops? Would the slim ones be better?

I have various shapes of jeans. My favourite are my diesel louvboot slim bootcut jeans. So flattering on a pear shape. Im going off skinny jeans tbh. I also love wideleg jeans but noone seems to sell them.

Next relaxed skinnies, New look jeggings, New look skinny jeans, George boyfriend jeans, Tu slim fit jeans, at the moment the Next ones and the George ones are my absolute favourites, they look fantastic on, very comfortable, very versatile and suit all footwear i.e. converse, sandals, flip flops

Marking place as I'm so bored of looking for new jeans, going to order all of the jeans mentioned on this thread then do my normal thing of sending 99% of them back!

Currently Primark skinnies in grey or George skinnies in indigo...both look good with boots. But not so keen on skinnies in summer so will probably change to jersey harems/loose cut leggings or slim boot cuts as I think they look more balanced with the sannies/flip flops I tend to wear in summer.

I pretty much only wear Next relaxed skinnies. Everything else feels wrong. They are so comfy.

Old Navy rock star cropped, which is perfect length for short arse old me. I love them so much, I bought them in all three washes..

That is an interesting website darkside It describes medium rise as jeans on the waist. Every pair of medium rise I have tried on come to 2-3 inches below my waist.

M and S 5 pocket jeggings in the darkest indigo rinse, worn with heeled boots or ballet flats or heels for nights out

and

Diesel distressed relaxed skinnies, rolled up a bit and worn with flats for day

and

J Brand taupe 811s - skinnies - for day, worn with grey tee or white shirt when I'm channelling 'classic'

Must diet to fit into dig out my pale denim Levi's skinnies, perfect summer jean.
