I'm here, but had a bad day yesterday. Got on the scales and it seems that whether I spend my days eating rabbit food or eating cake, my weight doesn't vary much.

I have started walking though, which is good. I thought it would be boring, but I'm quite enjoying it.

Arfy - you're an inspiration!!!

iota · 30/08/2006 13:55

just us then Arfishy

I seem to have given up, but am going to start in earnest when ds's go back to school next week

iota · 30/08/2006 13:55

1 veg samosa that ds found too hot
a few mouthfuls of Cambozola, gorgeous
a handful of vegetable crisps
some smoked trout
a pinch of vanilla pumpkin seeds
and, er, a
um

sausage roll with brown sauce
lots of water
no sunscreen
drank wine last night
no exercise

*Not here at 2000 metresthough-Factor 50 sunglasses and hat all theway(

iota · 30/08/2006 14:19

well my moisturiser has a sunscreen in it, I was thinking that I had to slap on suncream as well ( which I did on the beach)

Caribbeanqueen · 30/08/2006 14:20

BTW moondog, I read The Hungry Years that you recommended - very good. Thanks for that

moondog · 30/08/2006 15:42

C,oh good!

I have recommended it to all and sundry.
Ii thought a bloke writing about eating issues instead ofwomen all the time, made ahealthy change.

arfishymeau · 31/08/2006 14:20

Which avon one moondog?

Am currently ordering up a lifetime supply of the miracle avon manicure strips which are all over the beauty magazines, so will slip in your moisturiser too.

arfishymeau · 31/08/2006 14:24

iota · 06/09/2006 17:28

oxocube · 06/09/2006 19:55

cambozola was on weakest link tonight!! A german cheese, a cross btwn gorgonzola and something starting with c !!!! WWW, you have my utmost respect for your honesty on your thread. I started to follow the rules and have been so truly shite that I wouldn't dare to post all the crap that has passed my lips since I signed up, not to mention the booze. BTW, I turned 40 this year and its not so bad ...... (blatant lie emoticon )

iota · 07/09/2006 17:26
WideWebWitch · 07/09/2006 17:40
